We'll start with my sweet baby girls. It is so hard to get a picture of the two of them together. I was working away on a school project in my office and when I looked down this is what I saw. They fight like sisters, but they also love like sisters. :-)
This was my attempt at a smokey eye and a nude lip with the Revlon shades that have been circling Pinterest. I wasn't sure if it was the look for at first, but I've tried it out for a few days and I'm really liking it now.
My IBFF sent me a learn-to-speak-Dutch book! I'm so excited to read it in the next few weeks and hope that I can miraculously speak the language fluently by Christmas!

This is my Christmas tree this year at my house. I decided since I wasn't going to be here for Christmas and I'm not planning to have any parties or company, I would save myself the hassle this year.
This is my Pinterest turned real life. I framed this print and put it by my bed. It makes me smile.
And my (only) decoration is up in my office!

Thanks so much for linking up! And I think it's perfectly acceptable to not put up a tree if you aren't going to be here! We're going to be out of town for Christmas as well and I feel like I didn't go as all out this year as last.
ReplyDeleteWe don't have any Christmas decor up at all this year. We're leaving tonight for a month to go home to my husband's family's house. And the last thing I want to do when we get back is put up stuff.
